It gives us immense pleasure to announce that our school has been awarded with the Green School Award by Centre of Science and Environment (CSE). We feel proud to declare that we secured 30th rank amongst 106 schools from India and the only School in Jaipur. The school thrives on its motto to make this world a better place by using all means to save energy and thus 70% "GREEN" St. Edmund's School is hoping to achieve 100% soon.

St. Edmund’s school celebrated the most awaited event of the year; it is the time when every child looks up to his God on earth. It’s time to celebrate mother’s day. The pre-primary wing of the school organized card making activity in all the classes. The tiny tots displayed their talent and love for their mother. Dr. Pooja Singh appreciated the beautiful show put up by the kids displaying unconditional love for their mothers. Students made a portrait of their mother which touched the heart of everybody present there. The Administrator congratulated and inspired the kids to pay respect to their mothers and to obey her wholeheartedly.

The Investiture Ceremony of the new cabinet was held in St. Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur. Administrator triggered off the ceremony amidst the galore of the students. The cabinet members marched sprightly and majestically in sync with the beating of drum on the School ground. To instill a dose of motivation to the new members the programme commenced with a solemn invocation to the almighty followed by a soulful rendition of Edmund’s song. Head Boy Rudresh Ozha, Head girl Bhawna Punjabi along with House Captains, cultural Captains & Sports Captains were honoured with badges and sashes by the Administrator. The students council took the pledge to hold the school motto of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem. Administrator Dr. Pooja Singh congratulated the new cabinet members and in her speech she said that with power comes great responsibility and advised them to be role models for other students. Deputy Director Mr. Kapil Singh congratulated the badge holders and encouraged them to excel in their future endeavours.

To celebrate the success of our little ones and also to welcome the new students joining our family the school organized A Puppet Show. The kids were overwhelmed to see the puppets dancing in front of them. They were overtly excited when the puppeteer handed them the puppets. Overall it was a fun filled morning which ended on a "Once More" note.

An inter-house Poem recitation was organized in St. Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur for Std. I-III. This activity was organized to explore and encourage the speaking skills and confidence in children. It also inspired them to come forward and recite on stage. Students came up with different poems and recited with enthusiasm. The topic given to them was nature and patriotism. The judgment process became extremely difficult for our judges because every participant recited very well.

Niharika Tyagi of Daisy House adjudged the best and secured I position. Tamanna Wadhwa of Tulip House secured II Position and III Position was won by Midha Patel of Palm House.

An Inter House extempore competition was also organized. The competition was open to all the students from Std. IV-VIII. It was an individual activity. One student from each house was selected. Extempore was divided into two categories i.e. in the first category Std. IV-V & in the second category VI-VIII were included. My favorite Cartoon character, My Country India, Say no to junk food were some of the topics among many more on which students shared their views. Students of Std. VI-VIII spoke on School my second home, Save water, save the earth, Plants give life to human beings, etc.

The judges were very pleased to see the immense talent and fantastic impromptu speeches of the participants. In the first category, Tulip and Palm house badged the first position and daisy house stood second. In the second category from Std. VI-VIII Lily House stood First, the second position was badged by Tulip House and Palm House was in the third position.
