Educational Development - Global School connect Program

 

One day there will be no borders, no flags and no individual country and the only passport will be the heart. Keeping this in mind “A Global School Connect Program” was conducted in St. Edmund’s School,Jawahar Nagar,Jaipur on 29th July. It was a platform for delegates from different schools of Europe as well as from India to initiate new partnerships through student Exchange Program. 

A warm welcome was given to the delegates and it was supplemented by a colorful cultural show and P.PT presentation organized by the students. 

In this Programme delegates from Germany, France, Scotland, Bulgaria, etc participated. 

An open discussion took place where the delegates from different schools from India as well as from Europe interacted with each other and the co-ordinators from M.G.D. school, Rukmani Modern School tried to exchange ideas about making teaching and learning more student-friendly. 

The Guest of Honour Mr. V.K.Singh said that this visit gave delegates and teachers an opportunity to showcase their culture and advancement in modern times and in turn to learn about the finer nuances of different teaching patterns. 

International co-ordinator from Scotland Ms. Susan Coontz said that the purpose of this program was to explore different educational practices, compare the challenges and strengths and to adopt the best practices beneficial for the teaching-learning process. 

Dr. Pooja Singh in her speech said that the main aim of this program was to promote cross-culture understanding, equipping young people with key of future skills needed to live in the world of diverse faith and beliefs.

 

Colloque Francais 2017

 

An international event Colloque Francais was conducted in St. Edmunds School Jawahar Nagar Jaipur. It was an interactive session with delegates of France, Canada and Scotland schools. They interacted with the French teachers from different institutions of Jaipur DPS, Subodh Public school, Rukmani Birla etc .The main aim of this event was to interact with each other and understand the methodology of French teaching techniques.
