The day became even more memorable as it also marked the birthday of the school’s dynamic and visionary Director, Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh—making it a double celebration brimming with joy and inspiration.
The celebration commenced with a heartfelt tribute to the revered Founder, Late Shri Ranbir Singh Ji, whose foresight and dedication laid the strong foundation for the institution’s continued excellence. A graceful cultural programme followed, presented by the talented Edmundites, beautifully portraying the school's journey through dance, music, and theatrical performances.A specially curated documentary film was screened, chronicling the school’s five-decade-long journey of growth, achievement, and transformation. The film highlighted the school’s academic accomplishments, values, and unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds into future leaders.
In a heartfelt gesture, Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh was honoured as A Leader, A Mentor, A Visionary, recognising his relentless efforts and leadership in shaping the school into a premier educational institution. The presence of Mr. Ravi Setia, Secretary of St. Edmund’s School, added further significance to this proud occasion.To infuse an international spirit, the school proudly welcomed its esteemed partners from Wellington School, Scotland. Distinguished guests including Headmaster Mr. Simon, Assistant Head Mr. Allistair, and International Coordinator Ms. Susan Coontz, along with a group of students, graced the event. Their presence deepened the bond of global collaboration, friendship, and learning.
As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations, students across all classes enthusiastically participated in a range of engaging activities including a school quiz, a logo design and drawing competition, and fun games, which brought out their creativity, knowledge, and team spirit.
To make the day even more memorable, a token of remembrance—a special commemorative pen—was presented to all students, symbolising their connection to this historic occasion.
